阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者疗效及血清SAA、apoA-I、sP-Selectin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者治疗效果及血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-I)、可溶性P-选择素(sP-Selectin)水平的影响。方法将124例经冠状动脉造影术确诊为冠心病的患者随机分为观察组及对照组各62例,两组均接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,对照组术后给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用阿托伐他汀口服治疗,治疗时间为6个月,对比分析两组患者治疗效果。对比分析两组患者治疗前、后血脂水平、斑块面积、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及SAA、ApoA-I、sP-Selectin水平的影响。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、斑块面积、IMT、SAA、sP-Selectin水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、ApoA-I水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片能有效调节冠心病患者血脂及SAA、ApoA-I、sP-Selectin水平,减轻动脉粥样硬化,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the treatment of coronary heart disease and the effect of serum amyloid A （SAA） ,apolipoprotein A‐I （ApoA‐I） and soluble P‐selectin（sP‐Selectin） levels .Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary angiography for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into observation group （n=62） and control group（n=62） .Both groups were received with PCI .The control group was given Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets oral treatment ,the observation group combined with atorvastatin oral treatment on the basis of the control group ,the treatment time was 6 months ,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups .The treatment effect of two groups were compared .The levels of lipid , plaque area ,carotid intima‐media thickness （IMT） and SAA ApoA‐I ,sP‐Selectin of two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96 .77% ,higher than that of the control group （83 .87% ） ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0 .05） .The levels of low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL‐C） ,plaque area ,IMT ,SAA ,sP‐Selectin of observation group were lower than the control group （P〈 0 .05） ,while the levels of high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL‐C） ,ApoA‐I were higher than the control group（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Combined Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets can effectively regulate blood lipids and SAA ,ApoA‐I ,sP‐Selectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease ,reduce atherosclerosis ,improve the patient′s treatment effect .
