云计算视阈下湖南教育信息化资源共建共享的战略对策

摘　　要：湖南省云视阈下的教育信息化基础设施建设初具规模、教育信息化资源的开发与应用效果明显、教育信息技术革命与产业变革同时并发。目前,云视阈下的教育信息化资源共建共享缺乏统筹规划、长效机制尚未形成、云服务平台的研发技术标准滞后,应通过战略谋划与顶层设计、创新体制机制与增强发展活力、完善体系标准与推进平台建设等方面推动教育信息化资源体系构建。Hunan education informational construction has developed fast from the perspective of cloud calcula- tion. The intkastructute construction has formed a certain scale; the development and application effect is obvious; ed- ucation information technology- reform and industrial revolution happen at the same time. At present, the major prob- lems include the lack of scientific plan, the lack of long-term mechanism, and the lagging of cloud service platform development technology. To promote the construction of education information resources system, we should strengthen the top plan and design, innovate mechanism and promote the vitality of development, complete the system standard and promote the platform construction, etc.
