以“山东海运”为例探讨船公司联盟伙伴选择问题

摘　　要：近年来,无论在理论研究方面,还是在实践运用方面,战略联盟都得到了空前的发展和创新。本文介绍了山东海运集团股份有限公司的发展现状,分析了山东海运集团股份有限公司在联盟之前面临的内外环境威胁,得出山东海运集团股份有限公司开展战略联盟的必要性。在分析战略联盟成立原因的基础上,分析了影响联盟有效运行的伙伴选择问题。运用BP神经网络的方法,通过构建评价指标体系,对国内15家大、中、小型航运公司进行评价选择,对山东海运与这些公司合作的适宜程度做出排序,选择出最适合联盟的两家公司。In recent years, both in theoretical research and in the aspect of practice, strategic alliance got unprecedented development and innovation. This article has introduced the present development situation of Shandong Shipping company, analyzed the external environmental threats of Shandong Shipping company and the necessity of Shandong Shipping company to carry out the strategic alliance. On the basis of analyzing the reason for building up the strategic alliance, the article has analyzed the factors influence alliance partner selection. This part mainly used the method of BP neural network to select the partners.Though constructing evaluation index system analyzed the domestic 15 shipping companies, under the indicators of companies cooperation suitability of sorting, selecting the most suitable companies.
