摘 要:四川秦巴山区恶劣的生存条件、低下的社会生产力、滞后的交通条件和严重的贫困程度已阻碍了当地的发展。从自然、经济和社会3个因素出发,研究适宜于四川秦巴山区农村聚落布局的TR-SE模式,并依靠ARCGIS平台应用该模式对平昌县玉鹿村农村聚落布局进行规划。规划布局后居民点总占地面积可减小62.02%。如果将节余宅基地,进行土地复垦或退建还林,可增加9.20%的农田面积和1.02%的林地面积,从理论上可以改善当地群众生活、生产条件和社会生产力,降低今后产业发展的难度,为该区域精准扶贫提供技术支持。The developments in Qinba Mountain Areas have been hindered by the factors of poor living condition, inadvanced social productive forces, weak transportation and poverty. With three factors taking into account, namely,nature, economy and society, the settlement layout TR--SE mode was researched and established for villages in these areas. By virtue of ARCGIS, the mode is applied to lay out the settlements in Yulu village, Pingchang county of Sichuan province. As a result,the residential areas decreased by 62.02% of the original area after planning. Supposing that surplus homesteads would be used for land reclamation or converting into forestry, a 9.20% increase in the cropland area plus a 1.02% increase in the forestry area would be achieved respectively. Therefore,the living condition, production and social productive forces in these areas would be significantly improved which will accelerate development while providing technical support for implementing the targeted poverty alleviation plan.
