摘 要:采用正交试验设计,选择高温燃烧水解过程中水解温度、水解时间、氧气通量、煤样质量4个因素对是否影响煤中氟的准确测定进行相应的研究和分析。分析结果表明,在选定的试验条件下,水解温度对煤中氟测定结果影响最大(约43.06%),水解时间、煤样质量的影响分别占22.15%、10.42%,而氧气通量的影响不明显,即煤中氟测定方法中高温燃烧水解过程的影响大小为:水解温度>水解时间>煤样质量>氧气通量。在高温燃烧水解阶段应注意水解温度和水解时间的控制,并定期按时对高温水解炉的燃烧温度进行鉴定,以确保检测结果准确可靠。Using the orthogonal test design, choosing four influencing factors ( hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, oxygen flux, coal sample quality) in high temperature combustion hydrolysis process, whether they affected the correct determination of fluorine in coal was researched and analyzed. The results showed that, under the selected test conditions, hydrolysis temperature made the biggest effect on the determination result of fluorine in coal (approximately 43. 06%), hydrolysis time, coal sample weight accounted for 2. 15%,10. 42%respectively, the oxygen did not make any effect, so in the determination method of fluorine in coal, the influencing factors in high temperature combustion hydrolysis process were in this order: hydrolysis temperature〉 hydrolysis time〉 coal sample weight〉 oxygen flux. In high temperature combustion hydrolysis process, the hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time should be noticed, at the same time, the combustion temperature in high temperature hydrolysis furnace should be identified to make sure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
