摘 要:随机采集25列CRH1型动车组齿轮箱润滑油的1003个PQ检测样本数据,研究CRH1型车齿轮箱油PQ值的分布规律,利用概率数理统计数学方法,计算、建立PQ监测参考阈值。将PQ检测技术应用于高铁动车组齿轮箱磨损监测的初步实践表明,利用参数估计的概率统计数学方法,在大样本基础上生成理论监测阈值的方法是可行的,可为动车组安全运用和状态维修提供参考依据。1003 readings by PQ( Particle Quantifier)were collected randomly as the sample data,which was generated from the PQ inspecting to the gearboxes oil of 25 CRH1 high-speed electric multiple units.The distribution regular pattern of the CRH1 gearbox PQ data was studied, and the monitoring limited value was calculated by using probability and statis- tics theory.By applying the PQ monitoring technology to gearbox oil of high-speed electric multiple unit,the primary prac- tice shows that it is feasible to generate the theoretic monitoring threshold value based on a large amount of samples by u- sing parameteric evaluation method of mathematic probability and statistics theory, which provides a condition monitoring reference for the safe operation and condition maintenance of electric multiple unit.
