摘　　要：结外鼻型自然杀伤／T细胞淋巴瘤（ENKTL）为一种恶性程度较高的非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL），其发生与Epstein—Barr病毒（EBV）感染密切相关，并且外周血EBVDNA水平与淋巴细胞计数均与ENKTL患者预后相关。ENKTL具有显著的地域分布特征，在亚洲地区发生率高，北美与欧洲地区则少见。最新的正电子发射计算机断层扫描（PET／CT）检查技术已被用于ENKTL患者治疗前、治疗中与治疗后疾病状况的评估。虽然放疗已经作为早期ENKTL的推荐治疗方法之一，但是目前ENKTL的治疗尚无标准且有效的治疗方法，ENKTL患者预后差。探索ENKTL发病的分子机制与诊断、预后不良指标，以及寻找新型、有效的化疗方案已成为目前ENKTL相关临床研究的热点。2015年美国血液学会（ASH）年会分享的关于ENKTL的临床研究，为探索高效、治疗相关不良反应少的治疗方案，为更多ENKTL患者带来了新希望。笔者拟就2015年ASH年会中关于ENKTL治疗的研究进展进行综述。extra-nodal natural killer/T cell lymphoma, nasal type （ENKTI.） ,a highly malignant non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHIL）, is closely related to the Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） infection. Peripheral blood EBV DNA level and lymphocyte count are associated with prognosis of ENKTL patients. ENKTL has obvious regional distribution characteristics, and it has a high incidence in Asia while is rare in North America and European countries. PET/CT in ENKTL often used before treatment, treatment and post- treatment assessment. Although radiation therapy has been one of recommended treatments of early ENKTL, there is currently no standardized and effective treatment, and the prognosis is poor. Exploring ENKTL＇s molecular mechanism, diagnosis and prognosis of the disease index, and looking for a new and effective chemotherapy become the hotspot of ENKTL clinical research. In 2015, American Society of Hematology （ASH） shared results of ENKTL clinical research, which brought new hope to explore the high efficient treatment with low toxicity, and to benefit ENKTL patients.
