职业能力导向下高职法律教育之发展路径

摘　　要：高职法律教育要想扔掉"末流法律教育"的帽子,就必须走彰显学生法律职业能力的道路。以法律职业能力为导向,以法律职业标准为基点,深化高职法律教育改革,重构高职法律专业的教学模式和课程体系,坚持多元化的教学方法,提升"双师型"教师队伍的职业能力,高职法律专业才可能得到健康的发展。Legal Education in higher vocational colleges want to be throw away ＂bad law education hat＂, they must highlight the legal occupation ability of students. We should assist the ability of legal occupation oriented, with the law occupation standard as the basis, to deepen the reform of legal education in Higher Vocational colleges. And the teaching mode and curriculum system of higher legal specialty should be reconstructed. We also should adhere the diversified teaching method, to promote the ＂double - professional teachers＂ ability, and law major in higher vocational colleges will have a healthy development.
