摘　　要：基于310份有效问卷收集的量化资料,运用因子分析法和主成分分析法对大学公益性农技推广组织结构和组织行为进行实证分析。研究结果表明,萃取的3个公因子——高校参与公益性农技推广的政策制度安排、高校管理者对公益性农技推广的态度、高校参与公益性农技推广的需求与价值体现,对大学公益性农技推广组织模式产生显著影响。结合3个公因子及其中负荷量高的子因子与组织模式的不足,提出相关政策建议。Based on quantitative data collected from 310 valid questionnaires, the paper made an empirical analysis on or- ganizational structure and behavior of nonprofit agricultural extension based on university by using the factor analysis and principal component analysis. The research found that there are 3 common factors having significant influence on organiza- tion model of nonprofit agricultural extension based on university. The 3 common factors are as follows ： the policy and insti- tution arrangements of universities involved in the nonprofit agricultural extension, the attitudes of university managers on nonprofit agricultural extension, and the needs and value of nonprofit agricuhural extension to the university. Taking ac- count of 3 common factors and their high load capacity of sub - factor and deficiency of current organization pattern, the pa- per provided relevant suggestions on improving organization model of nonprofit agricultural extension based on university.
