摘　　要：小微企业是社会经济增长的重要推动力。近年来我国大力鼓励全民创业,小微企业的数量增长迅速,但是小微企业在发展过程中面临诸多问题,例如缺少核心技术、持续经营的内在增长因素等。基于此,分析小微企业网络化创新的影响因素,研究发现小微企业与七类主体网络关系的强度、规模和稳定性对小微企业创新能力的提高均具有显著的积极影响,而创新能力的提高在一定程度上能够为小微企业带来创新绩效。Small and micro enterprises are an important driving force for social economic growth. In recent years, China vigorously encourages business start - ups, and the number of small and micro enterprises is growing rapidly. But in the de- velopment process, small and micro enterprises are facing many problems, such as the lack of core technology and the in- ternal growth factors of going - concern. Based on this, this paper analyzes the impact factors of small and micro enter- prise＇ s innovation by social network. The study found that the strength, size and stability of small and micro enterprise＇ s 7 kinds of main social network, have a significant positive impact on innovation ability, and the improvement of innovation ability, in a certain extent, can bring innovation performance for small and micro enterprises.
