摘  要:目的本研究尝试将贻贝黏附蛋白(mussel adhesive proteins,MAPs)引入两步法全酸蚀粘接系统,并评价其对即刻粘接强度的影响。方法收集10颗离体第三磨牙并切割暴露牙本质,将暴露的牙本质平均分为两个象限制备粘接试件,引入MAPs预处理脱矿牙本质的为实验组,未引入的为对照组。试件在万能试验机下进行微拉伸粘接强度测试评估样本即刻粘接强度。结果实验组微拉伸强度为(28.40±6.26)MPa,对照组微拉伸强度为(43.20±7.23)MPa,实验组粘接样本的微拉伸粘接强度显著低于对照组。结论对于全酸蚀粘接系统,单纯在粘接剂使用前涂布MAPs预处理牙本质会降低即刻粘接强度。Objective To aim to introduce mussel adhesive proteins(MAPs) to the two-step total etching adhesive system and evaluate its effect on the instant bonding strength. Methods Ten detached pieces of third molar were col- lected and cut to expose their occlusal dentin surfaces, which were then further cut into 2 equal quadrants for bonding test piece preparation.MAPs pretreated demineralized dentines were taken as experimental group and non-MAPs pre- treated demineralized dentines were taken as control group.The test pieces were conducted to assess micro-tensile bond strength by universal testing machine so as to assess the instant bonding strength.Results The micro-tensile bond strength in the experiment group was(28.40 ± 6.26)MPa,while in the control group it was(43.20 ± 7.23)MPa.The micro-tensile bond strength in the experiment group pretreated by MAPs was significantly lower than that in the con- trol group.Conclusion Pretreatment of dentin by mere MAPs coating before adhesive application can reduce the in- stant bonding strength in total etching adhesive system.
