摘　　要：基于炎性因子在睡眠生理性调节中的重要作用,围绕与睡眠有关的主要炎性因子,阐述其对睡眠的影响及调节机制,从而探讨炎性因子水平在失眠疗效评价中的应用意义。Based on the important role of inflammatory factors in physiological regulation of insomnia, the paper fo- cuses on the main inflammatory factors related to insomnia, elaborates the influence on insomnia and the regulatory mechanism, thus to explore the applicable significance of inflammatory factor level in therapeutic evaluation of insomnia.
