摘　　要：介绍了如何应用结构相似性程序对半导体集成电路的最终检验进行分组和试验,从而提高检验效率,降低检验成本。Application of the structural similarity process to grouping and examining in the final text of IC's is described in the paper. By the structural similarity process, test efficiency can be improved and test cost can be redueed.
