摘  要:儿童医院新生儿外科所开展的临床带教,应当做到根据临床实际情况来因材施教,才可改善临床方面教育的效果,进而造就综合能力强的医学人才。要积极探索有效的临床带教路径,应当在思想上高度重视临床带教工作,注重对医学生医德与医风的培养,并指导学生正确处理医患沟通,构建和谐的医患关系,加强对医学生临床实践能力的培养,同时,还要通过互动讨论,转变传统教学查房模式,这样才能使医学生的实践操作能力与临床思维能力得到明显提升,并可以实现教学彼此相长。The developm ent of clinical teaching in the departm ent of newborn surgery in ch ildren , s hospital should teachstudents in accordance with their aptitude, only in this way can the clinical education effect be im proved thus training them edical talents with strong com prehensive ability, we should pay highly attention to clinical teaching work, pay attention tothe cultivation of m edical m oral and m edical atm osphere of m edical students, guide students to accurately handle the doctor-patient com m unication, construct the harm onious doctor-patient relationship, enhance the cultivation of clinical practiceability of m edical students and transform the traditional teaching round model by interaction and discussion, only in theseways can the practical operation ability and clinical thinking ability of m edical students be obviously improved.
