摘　　要：临床见习是医学生培养中重要的组成部分,对于处于由医学生转换为医生的过度期的医学生而言,无疑是不可或缺的环节,而在关注和加强口腔医学生临床前培训、实习的同时,对初入口腔专业的本科生开展临床早期见习,可增强口腔医学本科生对口腔专业的认识和兴趣,提供与导师更多的交流机会,开阔眼界,且能提高医患沟通和创新思维能力。The clinical practice is an important component in the cultivation of medical students, and it is an inevitable link for the medical students in the transmission period, the development of early clinical practice for the fresher in the dental major and paying attention to and enhancing the training and practice of oral medical students can enhance the awareness and interest in the dental major, provide more communication chance with tutors, broaden the horizons and improve the doctor-patient communication and innovative thinking abilities.
