摘　　要：入院护理安全评估不足,术前护理指导存在片面性,护理操作态度和保护措施不到位,医疗护理行为不规范,是五官科护理安全隐患的具体表现。护士和患者因素、五官科本身的特殊性以及管理工作不到位是导致五官科护理安全隐患的重要因素。通过提高护士职业风险意识,加强法律知识教育,重视医疗质量和护理质量之间的有机联系,重视护士专业理论与技能操作的培训,重视细节管理,建立并落实护理安全预警制度,提高护理满意度,减少护患纠纷和矛盾的发生,不断提高护理工作质量。The admission nursing safety evaluation is inadequate, the preoperative nursing guidance is incomplete, and the nursing operating attitude and protective measures are not in place, the medical nursing behavior is not standardized, which are the specific manifestations of nursing safety hidden dangers in the department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology.The nurse, patient, particularity of the department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and defective management work are the important factors of nursing hidden dangers in the department of ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology. We can improve the occupational risk awareness of nurses, enhance the education of legal knowledge, pay attention to the organic connection between the medical quality and nursing quality, pay attention to nurse professional theory and skill operation training, and detail management and establish and implement the nursing safety early warning system to improve the nursing satisfactory degree, reduce the nurse-patient disputes and contractions and continuously improve the nursing working quality.
