小企业财务外包风险防范策略研究

摘　　要：小企业采用财务外包机制存在财务管理控制功能消弱、财务信息泄露、财务管理能力下降和财务管理机制缺乏灵动性等风险。小企业应从签订合理的财务外包合同、降低外包成本、完善防范措施、增强自身能力等方面着手,规避外包风险。Financial outsourcing of small businesses has risks in weakening financial management control functions, the leakage of financial information, a decline of financial management capacity and the lack of financial management mechanism dynamism, etc. Small businesses should start from many ways such as signing reasonable financial outsourcing contract, reducing outsourcing cost, improving preventive measures and enhancing their own capacity to avoid outsourcing risk.
