小浪底—利津河段河道输沙平衡临界指标研究

摘  要:河道输沙平衡关系是通过工程措施调控水沙组合、冲刷河槽淤积泥沙、塑造河槽形态、提高河槽输沙能力和泥沙资源化配置的理论依据。通过对影响黄河小浪底—利津河段河道汛期输沙平衡的水沙指标进行分析,建立了河段汛期淤积比与小浪底站水沙指标的关系,计算了1950—2000年小浪底—利津河段对应的不同计算时段、不同河段(包括全河段)和上、下临界输沙平衡状态的50组输沙平衡临界指标,分析其变化规律和影响因素。对1967年实测典型洪水过程及2007年汛期调水调沙过程的输沙平衡状态分析,得出了各自对应的输沙指标,结果表明自然形成的洪水过程和调水调沙人造的水沙过程均可以达到河道输沙平衡。The relationship of equilibrium sediment transport by man-made ratio of silt and water is the theoretical foundation of shaping riverbed form,enhancing sediment transport capacity and allocating sediment resources. The relation formula was established between the sediment deposition ratio of flood season and the flow and sediment index of Xiaolangdi Reservoir by analyzing data. The fifty group data of different periods,different reaches and the upper and lower critical bounds deposition balance had been calculated and analyzed the change rule of watersand index. The equilibrium sediment state of the typical flood process in 1967 and the sediment-runoff regulation process in the flood recession period of 2007 was analyzed and calculated the corresponding index of sediment transport. It is proved that the nature flood process and man-made flood process can all follow the principle of equilibrium sediment transport and form stable river channel shape that is beneficial to transport sediment.
