黄河防汛物资储备量计算关键参数探讨

摘　　要：防汛物资是国家各级防汛部门防汛抢险的重要物质基础。根据《防汛物资储备定额编制规程》对防汛物资储备数量的计算规定,对黄河下游黄委直管河段内堤防工程、河道防护工程(含控导工程)、涵闸(泵站)、水库大坝等几类工程防汛物资测算所需关键参数进行了分析探讨,计算了黄委直管河段所需防汛物资储备数量,为黄河防汛仓库建设及防汛物资储备提供了数据支撑。Flood control material is an important material basis for flood control departments at all levels. According to the calculation rules of the flood control material in The Regulations for Flood Control Material Reserve,taking the lower Yellow River as an example,the key calculation parameters about the flood control materials were analyzed and discussed,which were required for river embankment,river protection project( including control and guide engineering),sluice pump station,dams and other several kinds of engineering managed straightly by YRCC. On this basis,the required reserve quantity of flood control materials was calculated,that provided good data support for the construction of the Yellow River flood control and warehouses.
