摘  要:辅导员职业能力大赛的赛事传播属于一种广义的创新扩散传播,提升其传播效果有助于在新形势下推进高校辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化建设。根据传播学中的创新扩散理论,赛事自身特性、赛事扩散的传播渠道、赛事参与者的个人创新性、赛事扩散所处的社会系统是影响辅导员职业能力大赛传播扩散的四个因素。应当建立统一的大赛推广网络平台,推动办赛主体的多元化,强化大众传播与人际传播,全面提升赛事传播扩散的效果。The communication of university counselor vocational ability contest is a generalized process with the diffusion of innovation.Enhancing its communication effect will be helpful to advance the colleges and universities counselor team construction of specialization and professionalization in the new situation. According to the diffusion of innovation theory,there are four factors affecting the communication of university counselor vocational ability contest,which are characteristics of contests,diffusion channels of contests,individual innovation of participants and the social system of contest diffusion. Some strategies are put forward to promote the communication effects of contests,such as establishing a unified network platform for the contest construction,promoting the diversification of the units hosting contest,and strengthening the mass communication and interpersonal communication.
