摘 要:目的探讨膳食纤维对2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法选择2015年9月-2016年5月广东省第二人民医院内分泌科接诊的临床确诊的T2DM患者38例,采用治疗前后对照。在正常饮食的基础上,每日追加补充摄入20g膳食纤维,使每日膳食纤维的摄入量达到30g以上,进而观察其对空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋F1、卒腹胰岛素以及血脂和脂肪肝的影响。结果与治疗前比较,治疗2、3个月的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗2、3个月的脂肪肝有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在现有药物治疗的基础上,每口补充膳食纤维20g,对T2DM及其并发症具有更好的控制效果,这将有益于建立药物与膳食纤维相结合的T2DM综合治疗方案。Objective To explore clinical effect of dietary fiber on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 38 patients with diagnosed T2DM at Department of Endocrinology in the Second People's Hospital, Guangdong Province from September 2015 to May 2016 were selected. All the patients were maintained the same drug treatment regimen that they had in pre-enrollment period. The addition 20 grams of dietary fiber per day was administered to meet the daily requirement of no less than 30 grams. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, tasting insulin, lipids and fatty liver were observed at the different time points of study. Controlled before and alter treatment design was used for data analysis. Results Compared with before treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting insulin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels after treatment of 2, 3 months were lower, with the statistical differences (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Compared with before treatment, fatty liver after treatment of 2, 3 months were improved, with the statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the existing drug treatment, addition 20 grams intake of dietary fiber has better control effect of T2DM and its complications. This will be beneficial to the establishment of T2DM comprehensive treatment program on combination of drugs and dietary fiber.
