摘　　要：高等教育作为一个独立的开放系统,其结构具有整体性、不对等性和动态性等系统性特征,且在结构变化和发展过程中存在地域演进和要素演进规律。建立省域高等教育结构评价指标集合,对我国省域高等教育结构进行评价,并根据其二级指数确定我国各省区高等教育强弱主导的结构关系,依此划分10种具体省域类型并确定类型间的空间竞争或互补关系。根据评价理论、评价过程和结果,提出我国省域高等教育结构优化调整的整体性、差异性和关联性区域导向。Higher education,an independent and open system,has a structure with the features of integrity,asymmetry,and dynamics,whose structural change and development abide by the law of the regional and factorial evolution.This paper proposes a system of structural indexes to evaluate the rationality of China＇s provincial higher education and elaborates the power relations—dominance or dependence according to the secondary indexes.In addition,it confirms ten specific types at the provincial level as well as their rivalry or complementary connections.Finally,on the theoretical basis plus a consideration of the process and results,it proposes the approaches to the adjustment and optimization of China＇s provincial higher education in terms of integrity,diversity and relevance.
