广西一起非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌引起小学生食物中毒调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析广西某乡镇小学一起由非典型肠致病性大肠杆菌(aEPEC)引起小学生食物中毒突发公共卫生事件的原因,为今后该类事件的防治和处理提供参考。方法及时开展对事件发生的学校进行现场卫生学、流行病学调查和患者治疗,同时采集现场食物样品及患者和学校食堂员工生物样品进行病源学检测。结果该校有26名小学生晚餐后最短2小时后,最长19小时后出现不同程度的腹痛和腹泻症状,采集腹泻频率较多的6份小学生及8份食堂员工肛拭子送检。经荧光PCR检测其中3份学生及1份食堂员工肛拭子样品非典型性肠致病性大肠杆菌(a EPEC)核酸阳性。结论一起由该校一名食堂员工携带a EPEC病菌造成食物污染导致26名小学生感染发病的突发公共卫生事件,经及时处理疫情得到有效控制。Objective To analyze the reasons of a public health emergencies with food poisoning of students by atypical enteropathogenic escherichia coli （aEPEC） in a township elementary school in Guangxi,and to provide reference for prevention and treatment of such incidents. Methods Site hygiene,epidemiological investigation and treatment of patient were timely investigated in the involved school,while food samples were collected at the scene and the school cafeteria staff and patient samples for laboratory testing of the bacteriological testing. Results There were 26 pupils appearing the emergence of abdominal pain and diarrhea symptoms of varying degrees after dinner minimum of 2 hours,up to 19 hours in the school.Six pupils of diarrhea more frequency and eight staff canteen anal swabs inspection were collected.There were three pupils and one staff canteen anal swab samples atypical enteropathogenic escherichia coli （aEPEC） nucleic acid positive by PCR assay. Conclusion The case is caused by a school canteen by the employees carrying aEPEC bacteria,which causes food contamination led to the infection of 26 pupils of public health emergencies of onset.The timely processing of the epidemic has been effectively controlled.
