摘　　要：改革开放以来,西北少数民族聚集地区的经济社会发展取得了很大的发展,但是个别地方和一些阶段的发展又存在一些问题,分析西北少数民族经济发展困难的深层原因,是解决其发展困境的必由之路。通过叙述西北少数民族聚居区现状及历史缘由,分析当地经济发展困境及其内生原因,探讨非正式制度对西北少数民族聚居区的影响,对解决经济困境的对应非正式制度安排,提出了可行性的建议。Aggregation of northwest minority region economy development achieved a overall and great development after the reform and opening up,but there＇re some problems in the development in some places and some of the stages,and to analyze the deep reason economic development difficult of northwest minority is the only way to solve the plight of the development. Through the description of the northwest minority inhabited area current situation and historical reasons,and the analysis of local economic development dilemma and reasons,this paper explores the informal system of northwest minority areas so as to solve the economic development plight of the corresponding informal institution arrangement,and proposes feasible suggestions.
