摘  要:近几年,国家一直强调文化学习作为国家软实力建设的重要活动,跨文化学习又是促进组织间、个体间行为协同的关键要素。在欧美国家,新兴的严肃游戏被相关理论研究证明是促进跨文化学习和行为协同的有效工具。然而,文献中一直缺乏严肃游戏的分析框架,且严肃游戏对跨文化学习的作用机制也不清晰。依赖"唯物论/唯心论"和"控制干预/自组织"两个哲学视角,把严肃游戏可分为四类:工具和疗法、创造和创新、协商和调解,以及自组织管理。严肃游戏的不同种类代表了对跨文化学习的不同作用机制。总的来说,严肃游戏通过游戏规则的设计为玩家提供交互、反馈、信息沟通和协商调解的平台;同时,游戏中的虚拟场景和事件为现实问题提供有效的解决办法,降低决策风险。In recent years, cultural learning is regarded as an import activity that facilitates the construction of the national soft power, and cross-cultural learning is a critical factor of promoting policy and behavior coordination between organizations and individuals. Serious game theory originated from Western countries has proven to be an effective tool for cross-cultural learning and coordination. However, the literature still lacks an analytical framework for serious game,and it is ambiguous for the effects of serious game on learning and coordination. Therefore, from the perspectives of Idealism/Realism and Intervention/Self-Organization, serious game is categorized and each category has a distinctive effective on learning and coordination. Generally, serious game provides a platform for players to communicate, interact,information sharing and coordination via rule design; and players are able to transfer game-based learning experience into the reality to find a solution and reduce decision-making risks.
