摘 要:目的 :探讨MICM(形态学、免疫学与细胞遗传学)分型在白血病诊断中的应用价值。方法 :收集2015年2月—2016年1月我院治疗的103例白血病患者,比较分析单一的骨髓细胞形态学分型,单一细胞免疫学分型与MICM分型3种检查方法对白血病诊断的符合率。结果 :骨髓细胞学联合免疫学分型诊断白血病的符合率(94.17%)明显高于单一骨髓细胞学分型(76.69%)和单一细胞免疫学分型(78.64%)(P<0.05),而单一骨髓细胞学分型与单一细胞免疫学分型诊断白血病的符合率比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :MICM分型在白血病的诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,值得临床进一步实践。Objective: To investigate the value of MICM(morphology, immunology and cell genetics) classification in the diagnosis of leukemia. Methods: One hundred and three cases of leukemia patients treated in our hospital from February, 2015 to January, 2016 were selected as subjects, and the coincidence rates to the diagnosis of leukemia were compared among three detective methods including single bone marrow cytology classification, single cell immunology classification and MICM classification. Results: The coincidence rates to the diagnosis of leukemia were higher by bone marrow cytology classification combined with immunology classification than by single bone marrow cytology classification and single cell immunology classification(94.17% vs 76.69% and 78.64%)(P〈0.05). The comparison of the coincidence rates to the diagnosis of leukemia between single bone marrow cytology classification and single immunology classification showed no statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion: The MICM classification has a higher value in the diagnosis of leukemia and is worthy of further clinical practice.
