摘　　要：MoorVMS激光多普勒血流温度监测仪是一种新型检测血流的仪器,临床、科研皆可应用,科研中可监测动物不同组织的血流量、血氧饱和度、温度等;操作系统简单、灵敏度高、可自动分析数据及生成报告、便于携带是其优点。目前应用Moor VMS激光多普勒血流温度监测仪不开颅法测量大鼠颞叶基底部软脑膜微循环血流量方法未见相关报道,将对其测量方法作以研究探讨。Moor VMS laser Doppler blood flow temperature detector is a new tool used in clinical trials and scientific research.As for scientific research,it can monitor blood flow,oxygen saturation and temperature in different tissues of animals.Its simple operating system,high sensitivity,being easy to carry and automatically analyze date and generating reports make it better than other tools.There is still no report to use this new tool without craniotomy to monitor rat temporal lobe and basal ministry of leptomeningeal microcirculation blood flow.This paper contains the method of measurement and associated problems in detail.
