摘　　要：目的探讨Nell-1基因启动子区不同甲基化位点与胃癌预后有关联的各种因素之间的相关性。方法收集2012年哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院肿瘤外科25例接受胃癌根治术的患者资料,运用混合效应线性模型分析Nell-1基因启动子区不同甲基化位点与胃癌预后有关的各种因素之间的相关性。结果 Nell-1基因启动子区第26号甲基化位点的胃癌组织组甲基化率与胃正常组织组甲基化率之间的差别有统计学意义,混合效应线性模型分析显示胃癌预后有关的因素(癌胚抗原、糖蛋白抗原199)对Nell-1基因启动子区第26号甲基化位点的甲基化率有影响,相同影响因素下该位点胃癌组织组甲基化率受到的影响程度高于胃正常组织组。结论不同甲基化位点其甲基化率不同,其与胃癌患者肿瘤标记物之间存在一定相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between different methylation sites in the promoter region of Nell-1 gene and prognosis of gastric cancer patients, Methods The data of 25 patients undergoing radical operation of gastric cancer in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2012 were collected. The correlation between different methylation sites in the promoter region of Nell-1 gene and prognosis of gastric cancer patients were analyzed by linear mixed effects model. Results There was a significant difference between the methylation rate of gastric cancer group and the methylation rate of normal gastric tissue in twenty-sixth methylation site of Nell-1 gene promoter region. Gastric cancer prognosis related factors （carcinoembryonic antigen, glycoprotein antigens 199 ） to methylation rate of twenty-sixth methylation site in Nell-1 gene promoter region was influential by linear mixed effects model analysis. The methylation rate of twenty-sixth methylation site in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues under the same factors. Conclusion The methylation rate of different methylation sites is different and there is a certain correlation between twenty-sixth methylation site and tumor markers in gastric cancer patients.
