关于江苏省民营科技企业发展若干问题的研究

摘　　要：民营科技企业是深化我国科技体制改革的新生事物,作为高新技术企业的成长阶梯,顺应工业化和信息化高度融合的趋势,成为江苏省经济发展中的最活跃、最具创新能力的力量,成为高新技术产业领域和引领产业转型升级的主力军。但在民营科技企业发展过程中,尤其是在职工队伍素质结构和工会组织建设方面,仍然存在着若干制约发展的突出问题,亟待引起各级政府和工会高度重视与积极应对。Private technological enterprises are new along with the process of deepen the reform of science and technology system in our country,and keep developing conforming to the trend of industrialization and information and become the most active and innovative force as well as the leading roles in transformation and upgrading of the high and new technology industries, However, during the developing process of private technological enterprises, especially in terms of employee quality construction and trade union organization construction, there are prominent problems which limit its development,waiting for further attention and reacting solutions from all level government and teade unions.
