摘　　要：目的探讨富含脯氨酸的酪氨酸蛋白激酶2（Pyk2）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和N-钙黏蛋白（N-cadherin）在肝细胞癌中的表达及与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测80例肝癌组织及癌旁肝组织中Pyl（2、VEGF及N-cadherin的表达情况，并分析它们与临床病理参数的关系。结果Pyk2、VEGF、N-cadherin在肝癌组织的阳性表达率均高于癌旁肝组织，差异有统计学意义（71．3％vs 12．0％；63．8％vs 8．0％；57．5％vs 10．0％，P〈0．05）。Pyk2，VEGF、N-cad-herin阳性表达与肝癌病理分级、肿瘤分化程度、血管侵犯及临床TNM分期均有关（P〈0．05）。经speannan等级检验分析，Pyk2与VEGF、N．eadherin在肝癌组织中的表达均呈正相关（P〈0．05），VEGF和N—cadherin在肝癌组织中的表达也呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论Pyk2、VEGF及N—cadherin与肝癌血管形成及肿瘤侵袭转移密切相关，推测Pyk2基因可作为肝癌预后判断的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of proline-rich tyrosine kinase-2 （ Pyk2）, vascular endotheliar growth factor （VEGF）, and N-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinomas and their clinical significances. Methods The expressions of Pyk2, VEGF, and N-cadherin proteins were tested with immu- nohistochemistry in 80 cases of hepatocellular carcinomas and adjacent paracancerous tissues. Results The positive rates of Pyk2, VEGF, and N-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinomas were significantly higher than adjacent paracancerous tissues （71.3% vs 12. 0% ; 63.8% vs 8.0% ; 57.5% vs 10. 0%, P 〈0. 05 ）. The differences in the expressions of Pyk2, VEGF, and N-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma of pathological grading, tumor differentiation, vascular invasion and clinical tumor node metastasis （TNM） stage were significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Significantly positive correlation was found between Pyk2 and VEGF or N-cadherin with Spearman correlation analysis （ all P 〈 0. 05）. There was positive correlation between N-cadherin and VEGF （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The abnormal expressions of Pyk2, VEGF, and N-cadherin genes may promote tumor angiogenesis and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma. Pyk2 may provide an important ref-erence for prognostic evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
