中外高等教育财政投入模式比较与思考

摘　　要：国家宏观调控高等教育最主要的手段即高等教育财政投入,同时它也是高等教育发展的前提基础。而本文将通过国外高等教育财政投入模式的分析,以及国内外高等教育财政投入模式比较,提出解决分担我国高等教育财政投入问题的可操作性建议。Higher education＇s financial investment is the leading means in the national macro-control higher education, at the same time it is also the base and the premise of the development of higher education. Through financial investment model analysis of foreign higher education, as well as domestic and foreign financial investment comparisons, this paper proposes some solutions to deal with the problems of higher education finance investment.
