摘　　要：目的考察PDCA循环在临床药学中的作用。方法在提升临床药师工作效率、改善药学培训、降低住院不合理用药和提升药师处方点评正确率等工作中运用PDCA进行管理。结果 PDCA循环使临床药学工作目标更加科学规范,改进了工作模式和方法,增加了临床药师主动管理的兴趣和意识。结论使用PDCA循环管理法能持续提高临床药学工作效率,减少不合理用药现象,促使临床药学管理质量循环上升。Objective To investigate the application of PDCA in clinical pharmacy.Methods The PDCA cycle management method was used in improving the efficiency of clinical pharmacists,pharmacy training and reducing the inpatients＇ irrational drug prescriptions and enhancing the outpatient pharmacists＇ ability of prescription evaluation.Results PDCA cycle makes clinical pharmacy objectives more scientific and standardized,improves operating modes and methods,increases clinical pharmacists＇ interest and awareness of active management.Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can continue to improve the efficiency of clinical pharmacy,reduce the phenomenon of irrational drug use,and improve the management quality of clinical pharmacy.
