摘　　要：本文介绍1例胰十二指肠切除术后残胰原发胰腺癌的多学科团队诊疗经过。该患者12年前因壶腹癌行胰十二指肠切除术,后残胰发现新发胰腺癌,经多学科讨论评估后决定予以全残胰切除术。术后,多学科团队为其设计详细的血糖管理及化疗方案,并适时调整,使患者术后有较高的生活质量,现已无瘤生存5月余。由于胰腺为重要的消化及内分泌器官,而胰腺肿瘤的预后极差,因此,多学科团队协作为胰腺肿瘤患者提供更为科学、个性化的诊疗体验,有利于筛选能够手术获益的患者,提高围手术期的安全性,并改善患者术后的生活质量及预后。The multidisciplinary team（ MDT） management of a primary residual pancreatic carcinoma case after pancreaticoduodenectomy was reported here. The patient has received pancreaticoduodenectomy 12 years ago,however,a new malignancy was found in his residual pancreas. After MDT evaluation,residual total pancreatectomy was performed on this patient. Postoperatively,our MDT team designed detailed and flexible blood glucose management plan and chemotherapy regimens for him. The patient has satisfying postoperative life quality,and has already survived for more than 5 months without tumor recurrence or metastasis. Pancreas is an important digestive and endocrine organ,and the prognosis of pancreatic cancer is extremely poor. Our case report suggested that MDT management provides more scientific and specific health care for patients,which can help to screen patients who are suitable for surgery,increase perioperative safety,as well as improve postoperative life quality and disease prognosis.
