摘  要:因汽轮机转子的车削图形元素较多,其自动化编程困难。利用了ESPRIT软件的开放性,采取"常规图元CAM法+典型车削模块二次开发法"相结合的技术,实现了西门子840D数控系统的汽轮机转子车削数控编程自动化,并运用VERICUT平台对NC代码的正确性作仿真测试,证明了基于ESPRIT软件的编程方法在汽轮机转子车削的自动化编程中具有较强的工程实用价值。It ' s difficult to get automatic programming because the configuration of steam turbine rotors is very complex. In view of the open ESPRIT, Combining the technology of CAM of regular shape with typical reengineering turning module to realize NC turning automatic programming for the steam turbine rotor based on the Siemens 840D NC system, besides, NC code simulation test is completed by VERICUT. The results prove that the programming method based on ESPRIT software has the great practical value in the automation programming of steam turbine rotor turning.
