摘 要:比较了H_2O_2、HClO_4和NaClO等3种氧化剂对制药废水中残留四环素的降解效果,发现3种氧化剂对四环素的降解效果、降解途径和降解产物是不同的:H_2O_2对四环素的降解率为80%,但部分四环素被转化为差向四环素而非氧化降解;HClO_4对四环素的降解率为88%,但部分四环素并非被降解而是发生了消去反应转化为脱水四环素;NaClO对四环素的降解效果最好,降解率几乎达到100%。进一步对NaClO降解四环素的产物进行红外光谱和核磁共振波谱分析,发现四环素经NaClO降解后母体原有并四苯结构并未被破坏,而是酰胺键发生断裂产生了一种新的氧化产物。The oxidation degradation effects of tetracycline residues in pharmaceutical wastewater with H2O2, HClO4, and NaClO were compared. The results showed that the effect, pathway, and products of tetracy- cline degraded by three kinds of oxidants were different. The degradation rate of tetracycline by H2O2 was 80%,but some of tetracycline was transformed into epitetracycline rather than oxidation degradation. Also, about 88 % of tetracycline was degraded by HClO4, but elimination reaction and conversion into anhydrotetracy- cline was one of the pathways of tetracycline removal. NaC10 exhibited the best degradation effect for tetracy- cline,and almost 100% of the tested tetracycline was degraded. So the structure of degradation product by NaClO was characterized by FTIR and NMR analysis. The results indicated that the naphthacene structure of tetracycline was not damaged in the process of degradation. However,the amide bond of tetracycline was dam- aged and formed a new compound.
