摘  要:介绍基于AMI二次开发技术,利用VB.NET开发了塑件体积收缩率工艺参数优化软件,采用正交试验表L27(313)设计正交试验方案、启动方案分析、读取试验结果,并对试验结果进行离差、极差、方差分析,软件自动给出最优工艺参数组合和最优工艺参数组合下的体积收缩率值,通过对试验数据定量分析给出试验参数对试验结果影响的贡献率,实际应用表明:该工艺优选软件的应用极大地提高了塑件体积收缩率的优化效率。The secondary development technology of AMI was presented, and the optimization software of plastic volume shrinkage process parameters was developed by using VBS. NET. It created the orthogonal test scheme, started the test solution analysis and read the test result by using L27(313) orthogonal table, and analyzed the test results for deviation, range and variance. The optimal process parameters combination and the volume shrinkage value under the optimal process parameters combination were automatically given out by software. The contribution rate of test parameters to the test result was acquired through quantitative analysis of test result data. The practical application showed that the process parameters optimization software greatly enhanced optimize efficiency of plastic volume shrinkage.
