摘　　要：面对生源数量的持续下降,开放教育的生存与发展面临重大挑战。想要走出这个困境,开放教育必须要创新办学模式。校企合作是开放教育寻求发展空间、拓展生源渠道的有效途径。文章结合宁波电大开放教育校企合作办学的现状和典型类别,分析基于校企合作的开放教育办学模式改革的意义及所面临的问题和困境,进而研究未来发展的有效对策。Faced with the continuing decline in the number of students, the survival and development of open education is facing a major challenge. To get out of the dilemma, the open education must innovate the mode of running a school. The School- enterprise Cooperation Education mode is an effective way to seek the development space of open education and expand the source of students. This paper, based on the current status and typical kinds of School-enterprise cooperation education in Ningbo TV Universities＇ Open Education, fLrstly makes an analysis of its significance, the problems and the difficulties, and then study the effective countermeasures for the future development.
