摘  要:探讨一种基于数字图像处理技术检测纱线条干不匀率方法的应用效果。利用扫描仪采集了9种不同规格的纱线图像,纱线图像经过倾斜校正、自适应中值滤波、阈值分割、形态学开运算处理等,得到条干清晰、无噪声的纱线图像,基于处理后的图像计算纱线直径和纱线条干不匀率。结果表明:图像法检测的纱线条干不匀率与乌斯特条干仪检测的结果非常接近。认为:所提出的纱线条干不匀率检测方法是可行的,能准确、高效地检测出纱线的条干不匀率,客观反映纱线的外观质量。Application effect of yarn unevenness rate detection method based on digital image processing technology was discussed. Images of 9 different specification yarns were collected hy scanner. The clear and noiseless yarn images were obtained with tilt correction, self-adaptive median filtering, threshold segmentation, morphological opening operation and so on. Yarn diameter and unevenness rate were calculated based on processed images. The results show that the detection results of yarn unevenness rate using imaging method are close to Uster evenness tester. It is considered that the detection method proposed is feasible, yarn unevenness rate detection results can be tested accurately and efficiently, the appearance quality of yarn can be reflected objectively.
