生命周期视角下国际合著论文的国际化水平测度研究

摘　　要：国际科研交流与学术合作是实现高等教育国际化发展的重要举措,也是世界一体化、科技全球化下的必然要求。高校国际化水平测度和科研人员的国际合作绩效评价中经常使用国际合著论文指标。引入生命周期理论,将国际合著论文的国际化水平定义为论文在"生产—发表—利用"3个不同生命阶段中对科学领域产生的国际影响程度。通过对国际合著论文在3个生命阶段中的国际化水平测度,用TOPSIS法建立了国际合著论文国际化水平综合评价的数学模型。Internationalization of scientific research and academic exchanges is not only an important measure to achieve internationalization of higher education, but also an inevitable requirement of the world integration and glo- balization of science and technology. International co-authored paper is an important index of the internationaliza- tion evaluation of higher education and the performance evaluation of international scientific collaboration of re- searcher. We define the internationalization level of international co-authored paper as its international influence during its lifecycle, which can be divided into production cycle, publication cycle and utilization cycle. By measuring the internationalization level of international co-authored paper＇s each cycle, we give a comprehensive internationalization level evaluation model of international co-authored paper based on TOPSIS
