摘　　要：药源性双硫仑样反应是由于应用特定药物期间,饮酒或饮用含有酒精的饮料或接触酒精,导致体内乙醛蓄积而引起不良反应的一组综合征。探讨其发生原因、发病机制、临床表现、诊断和治疗方法。The drug-induced disulfiram-like reaction is a group of syndrome because of drinking alcohol or potation or contacting alocohol resulting in the acetaldehyde accumulation and causing adverse reactions in the body during the use of specific drugs. The causes, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of this disease were discussed.
