摘　　要：在信息技术高度发达的时代,智能手机的使用不仅丰富了当代大学生的日常生活,同时也带来了诸多严重的影响。过度使用手机严重影响了学生身心健康发展,本文从学生"手机控"的成因及"手机控"给学生带来的危害进行思考分析,研究应对的解决对策,正确引导学生从思想深处了解过度使用手机带来的危害,结合课堂教育的改革,合理地使用手机,降低"手机控"的危害。Atthe time of highly development technology, the intelligent phones is not only enrich the daily life of collegestudents, but also it brought a lot of impacts. It also affected the collegestudents＇physical and mental health. The article analysis the cause ofthe＂ cellphone complex＂ . It gives correctly guide the student to know that thought about the dangers of use mobile phone too much, It combined with education reform to use mobile phones. To reduce the harm of ＂ cellphone complex ＂ control.
