摘 要:针对仪表盘的刻字问题,研究数控程序编制方法。首先,基于Auto CAD软件建立雕刻的图形,而后论述了工艺设计、Edgecam程序编制和加工仿真等关键技术,最后以某典型零件为加工实例,测试了该方法的有效性,实现了雕刻加工的智能化和快速化,为其他零件的雕刻编程和加工提供了借鉴作用。In order to solve the graving problem on instrument panel,the automatic CNC programming method was introduced. Firstly,the drawing element for graving in Auto CAD software was created. Then,the key technology of processes planning,programming,and machining simulation were studied. Finally,the case study used by instrument panel in typical part validated the proposed method,which would provide reference for the manufacturing intelligently and rapidly in other parts.
