摘　　要：目的探讨生物免疫疗法联合放化疗应用于局限期非小细胞肺癌治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的110例局限期非小细胞肺癌患者,将其随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组55例,其中对照组给予单纯同步放化疗,观察组给予生物免疫疗法联合放化疗,比较两组患者治疗1月后的近期疗效,治疗前后的T细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、NK水平变化情况以及不良反应情况。结果观察组的治疗完成率、完全以及部分缓解率均明显高于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗后的CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、NK水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、NK水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组中出现发热、粒细胞减少以及胃肠道反应的发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论生物免疫联合放化疗能够使得局限期非小细胞肺癌患者的疾病控制率提高,增强机体免疫能力,降低毒副作用,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the biological immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy in treatment of limited stage non-small cell lung cancer and its effect on immune function. Methods 110 cases of limited non small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 55 cases in each group. The control group received concurrent chemoradiotherapy, and the observation group was given biological immune therapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The curative effect of 1 month after treatment were compared between the two groups, and T cell subgroups （ CD3＋ , CD4＋/CDs＋ , NK） changes and adverse reactions were observed. Results The treatment completion rate, complete and partial remission rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of CD3＋ , CD4＋/CDs＋ and NK became significantly lower in the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and they were higher in the treatment group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of fever, granulocyte decrease and gastrointestinal reaction was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Biological immune combined with radiother- apy and chemotherapy can improve the disease control rate of limited stage non small cell lung cancer, enhance body immunity, and reduce the toxic and side effect, and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
