摘  要:力图从生物力学的角度,定量、定性研究人眼角膜经LASIK手术后生物力学特性的变化.研究发现,经LASIK手术后角膜生物力学特性(如角膜滞后量CH、角膜阻力系数CRF等)发生明显改变,LASl K术使CH和CRF降低,降低的原因不仅仅是角膜变薄了,关键是手术改变了角膜的粘弹性.LASl K术后角膜生物力学特性发生显著变化,角膜生物力学特性的改变将对LASIK术后安全性产生影响.In this paper, from the angle of biomechanics, it tries to study changes of the biome- chanieal properties of human eye cornea after LASIK surgery quantitatively and qualitatively. The study found that the biomechanical properties of the cornea after LASIK surgery (such as the lag of the cornea CH, corneal resistance coefficient CRF, etc. ) have c LASlK surgery reduces the CH and CRF, and the cause of the decrease hanged significantly. is more than just a thinning of the cornea, the key is tLASlK surgery changes the viscoelastic properties of the cor- nea. The biomechanical properties of the cornea after changes of corneal biomechanical properties will affect LASlK are significantly changed. The the safety after LASIK surgery.
