摘  要:以常发CF700型拖拉机为研究对象,设计和建立了拖拉机整车振动加速度测试系统,分别测量了拖拉机前桥垂向、后桥垂向以及座椅和驾驶室底板位置的垂向、横向、纵向等4个部位9个轴向的振动加速度。计算了座椅和驾驶室底板位置的联合加速度均方根值,并通过几何关系得到拖拉机质心处的垂向和俯仰角振动加速度以及加速度功率谱密度。实验结果表明:拖拉机振动加速度随行驶速度增加而增大,前桥加速度最大,座椅和驾驶室底板位置的垂向加速度较其他两个方向偏大,其联合加速度均方根值大于人体感觉极不舒适的标准。各轴向加速度功率谱密度的峰值均集中在3~5 Hz。Taking the CF700 tractor as research object,design and build up tractor vehicle vibration acceleration test system,measure tractor front and rear axle vertical acceleration as well as seats and cabin floor vertical,transverse and longitudinal vibration acceleration. Seats and cabin floor position joint acceleration RMS are calculated,and vertical and pitching angle vibration acceleration and PSD of tractor centroid are obtained through tractor geometric relation. The results show that the tractor vibration acceleration increases with the increase of speed,the front axle acceleration is biggest,the vertical acceleration of seat and cabin floor position is bigger than other direction and the joint acceleration RMS is greater than the standard of body feels uncomfortable. The acceleration PSD are concentrated in 3 ~ 5 Hz. The study provides important basis for the later development of tractor vibration reduction design.
