摘　　要：跨栏跑技术是速度、力量、柔韧、协调、灵敏等素质的集中体现,观赏性强.直道半重叠跨栏步教学法能有效加深学生对技术动作的理解,解决跨栏时起跨腿提拉不到位的问题.the hurdle race technology is the speed,strength,flexibility,coordination,sensitivity and other quality of the concentrated expression,strong ornamental.Straight semi nested column teaching method can effectively enhance the students understanding of the technical movements,leg lift is not in place to solve the problem of the hurdle.
