新创企业网络能力的构成及相互作用机制

摘　　要：以260家新创企业为样本,利用SPSS和AMOS统计软件进行数据分析,结果表明:新创企业网络能力由网络愿景能力、网络构建能力、网络管理能力和网络学习能力四个维度构成;网络愿景能力对网络构建、管理和学习能力有显著的正向影响,网络构建能力对网络管理能力和网络学习能力有显著的正向影响,网络管理能力对网络学习能力也有显著的正向影响。新创企业网络能力水平提升的最佳模式是:不断发展网络愿景能力(战略性)+培养网络构建、管理与学习能力(操作性)。Taking 260 new ventures as samples, data analysis was done by using statistical softwares SPSS and AMOS. The result shows that new ventures＇ network competence can be identified as four dimensions： network visioning competence, network building competence, network management competence and network learning competence. And network visioning competence impacts network building competence, network management competence and network learning competence positively; network building competence impacts network management competence and network learning competence positively; network management compe- tence impacts network learning competence positively. The best pattern of improving new ventures＇ network competence is to develop network visioning competence （strategy） and cultivate network building, managing and learning competence （operability）.
