整肠生加美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美沙拉嗪和整肠生胶囊联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取2013牟6月-2015年6月我院收治的52例患者，将其随机分为对照组观察组，各26例。对照组患者口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂，观察组患者口服美莎拉嗪后加服整肠生胶囊。比较两组患者疗效、不良反应，并进行统计学分析。结果观察纽疗效明显优于对照纽，两纽患者痊愈人数、药物有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论整肠生美莎拉嗪联用可以改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的症状，疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules combined with Mesalazine in patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）. Methods Fifty -two patients with UC were randomly divided into two groups： trial group（n =26）and control group（n =26）. The patients in the trial group were taken Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules （500mg, 3 times daily）combined with mesalazine for 8 weeks, and only mesatazine in the control group was given for 8 weeks. Clinical effects and untoward effect were compared for two groups. Results After treatment, there was significant differences in the overall clinical efficacy for the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions the clinical efficacy of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules combined with mesalazine is better than that of Mesalazine only taken on control symptom of UC.
