摘　　要：为了改进一般秸秆切片机效率低、能耗大的缺点,试验设计了一种以运动控制器为基础的秸秆切片机,通过控制器与开关的配合控制切片,切片刀具数量和间距采取可调节设计,针对不同秸秆特性和要求进行相应调整。结果表明:该机器质量好,能耗低,效率高;锯齿形刀片大大减少了切削阻力,实现了进料、切片、卸料的自动化。To improve the shortcomings of low efficiency and high energy consumption in general straw slicing machine, a kind of straw slicing machine was designed based on the motion controller. Slices were controlled through the coordination of the controller and switch, and the number and spacing of slice cutter can be adjusted and designed, which could be adjusted according to different characteristics and requirements of straw. The results showed that the slicing machine had good quality and low energy consumption with high efficiency, and the serrated blade could greatly reduce cutting resistance, achieving the automation of feeding, slicing and unloading.
