摘　　要：根据集成电路发展的趋势,分析了电化学沉积设备在集成电路行业的应用。通过及国外各主流设备的特点及国内设备的现状阐述,指出了国内在电化学沉积设备及技术方面,与国外水平存在巨大的差距。Based on the trend of IC development,this paper analysis the applications of electrical chemical deposition system in IC chip fabrication and advanced packaging. Also,this paper describes the technical feature of foreign equipment,and points out that there is a huge gap between domestic technology and foreign countries.
